I thoroughly enjoyed the book it was a bloody good read with every page turn. Maybe because as a Hollywood gossip columnist myself for the past 40 odd mumble years and having live in LA I could relate to much of it.

When I stopped laughing at the title, a less than intellectual curiosity had me reading this book in one sitting (including one essential lie-down).

The perspective from Nicola’s secretarial desk drives a riveting narrative creating a compelling highly readable novel. Its brevity generates an interesting and informative/entertaining read that offers readers the opportunity to have an astute understanding of patients as people and people as patients.

I  loved reading every page of this book. Georgia presents a raw, kind, refreshing insight into each patient she portrays, with deep empathy and understanding. It is an authentic point of view from the lived experience of the writer's work as a secretary in a waiting room.
